This weekend I competed at Synergy National Championships ! I had such a fun time dancing, cheering on my friends, and making amazing memories. On the first day, I had both of my solos, contemporary and commercial, and some groups too. I felt so happy and confident on stage and I love every second of it. After a busy day, my family and I went to Pizza Express for dinner. It was so nice to relax and enjoy some yummy food as a family after a day of dance. The second day was just as exciting! I had two more group dances and a quartet . We all danced our hearts out and it paid off! We then had awards and a ll of our groups placed, my solos came 1st , and our quartet won “Most Creative Group” ! š This award has given us two big performance opportunities coming up and we’re all super excited! I was also shocked (in the best way!) to find out that I scored enough points to win 3rd highest scoring novice . So proud!! One of the best parts of t...

If you know me, you know that dance is my life. I train for hours every week, pushing myself to improve and chasing my dream of running my own dance competition one day. So, when a rare weekend off from dance comes along, you’d think I’d be thrilled, right? Well… let’s just say it’s a bit of a struggle! Last weekend, I had no dance at all, and at first, I honestly didn’t know what to do with myself. I’m so used to being in the studio, working on choreography, or training with my team that having free time felt strange. But I made the most of it and ended up having a really fun and productive weekend! One of the highlights was spending time with my friend at Rococo. We decided to do a mini photoshoot! Dressing up, posing, and just having fun in front of the camera was a great way to express creativity outside of dance. Plus, it was a perfect excuse to update my Instagram with some new content! Even though I wasn’t in the studio, I couldn’t stay away from movement completely. I spent som...

Day two at FYD was Troupe Day! After an amazing first day, we were all excited to hit the stage again, this time as a team. The energy was high, the routines were fire, and the results? Even better! The morning started off with breakfast with my dance family. Since some of us were staying in the same hotel, we all got to eat together, which made the morning feel extra special. There’s nothing like starting the day with good food, lots of laughs, and a bunch of people who just get you. When we got to the venue, it was all about the troupes. I competed in 6 groups three of them which were new. Each group was so much fun to perform, but my absolute favourite had to be our jazz group. From the moment we stepped on stage, I couldn't stop smiling. The music, the choreography, the connection between us all it was so much fun, I loved every second of it. FYD Day 2 was a massive success, and I’m already counting down to the next one.

Wow, what a day! My first day at FYD was amazing and full of memories. My first solo was my contemporary solo, I was so happy with how it went and to see my hard work paying off. When it came time for awards, I was absolutely shocked to hear my name called for second place! I was so happy, I couldn’t help but shed some happy tears. It was such a surreal moment, and I’m beyond grateful. Next up was my commercial routine, and this was my first time competing this solo. I went out there and had the best time performing. I received an Honourable Mention and am so happy with my performance. Day one at FYD was everything I could have hoped for and more. The atmosphere, the adrenaline, the joy of performing it reminded me exactly why I love dance so much. Stay tuned for FYD day 2, and thank you for following my journey.

MOVE IT 2025 was honestly one of the best weekends ever! It was packed with dancing, performing, and meeting so many incredible people I loved every second of it! The weekend started with a really fun photoshoot with Lisa K, which was such a great experience. And then Abby Lee Miller walked past and told me to pointe my feet! I couldn’t believe it! After that, I met up with my friends, and we started getting ready for our group performances. Stepping onto the Takeover Stage was honestly a dream come true! We performed our contemporary routine first and then we did our song and dance piece it was so much fun. Later, I got to watch my dance friends Maddox and Darcey perform on the Main Stage they both smashed it! After their performance, I took a Commercial class with Diversity alongside some of my dance friends. It was a challenging class but i had so much fun. By the time we got home, I was really tired and went straight to bed, ready for another exciting day. The next morni...

My Go-To Dancewear Brand! If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with dancewear so I have to share my absolute favourite brand Prima Dancewear ! It’s honestly the comfiest, prettiest dancewear ever, and I wear it ALL the time. Whether I’m at a convention, workshop, or photoshoot, you’ll probably catch me in one of their pieces because they just make me feel so confident and ready to dance my best. My Favourite Piece: The Pink Idol Crop š Out of everything I own, my absolute fave has to be the Pink Idol Crop ! It’s so stylish, fits perfectly, and gives me the best support while I’m dancing. Plus, the colour is just gorgeous! I love pairing it with different leggings and shorts to switch up my look while keeping that Prima vibe. This photo of me wearing the Pink Idol Crop was taken in London at a photoshoot organised with DYNS, which was a super fun day, and though I had loads of other photos taken that day with other outfits and dancewear pieces, this was definitely my...
